Frank Parker (Billy Frank Parker) was born on October 16, 1939 in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Broken Bow (OK), Parker attended Oklahoma State University. Parker made his professional debut in the NFL in 1962 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1963 was Frank Parker's best year.
