Frank Oliver (Franklin Justice Oliver) was born on March 3, 1952 in Wetumpka, Alabama. After going to high school at St. Jude (Montgomery, AL), Oliver attended Kentucky State University. Oliver made his professional debut in the NFL in 1975 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Buffalo Bills over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1975 was Frank Oliver's best year.
