Frank Moreau (Franklin H. Moreau) was born on September 9, 1976 in Pineville, Louisiana. After going to high school at Central Hardin (Elizabethtown, KY), Moreau attended the University of Louisville. Moreau made his professional debut in the NFL in 2000 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Jacksonville Jaguars and Kansas City Chiefs over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 2000 was Frank Moreau's best year, as he ran in 4 TDs.
