Frank Minnifield (Frank Lydale Minnifield) was born on January 1, 1960 in Lexington, Kentucky. After going to high school at Henry Clay (Lexington, KY), Minnifield attended the University of Louisville. Minnifield made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1987 was Frank Minnifield's best year, as he picked off 4 passes.
