Frank Mcphee (Frank M. McPhee) was born on March 19, 1931 in Youngstown, Ohio. After going to high school at Chaney (Youngstown, OH), Mcphee attended Princeton University. Mcphee made his professional debut in the NFL in 1955 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
