Frank Mcneil (Francis Kenneth McNeil) was born on December 23, 1909. Mcneil attended Washington & Jefferson College. Mcneil made his professional debut in the NFL in 1932 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers for his entire 1 year career.
