Frank Mcnally (Francis J. McNally) was born on March 19, 1907 in , NV. After going to high school at Madera (CA), Mcnally attended St. Mary's College of California. Mcnally made his professional debut in the NFL in 1931 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 4 year career.
