Frank Maher (Francis Maher) was born on May 8, 1918 in Detroit, Michigan. Maher attended the University of Toledo. Maher made his professional debut in the NFL in 1941 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 1 year career.
