Frank Lockett (Frank Arthur Lockett) was born on June 1, 1957 in Independence, Louisiana. After going to high school at DeAnza (Richmond, CA), Lockett attended Contra Costa JC and the University of Nebraska. Lockett made his professional debut in the NFL in 1985 with the Miami Dolphins. He played for the Miami Dolphins for his entire 1 year career.
