Frank Kraus (Francis Lucius Kraus) was born on September 2, 1899 in Fulton, New York. After going to high school at Dean Academy (Franklin, MA) and Fulton (NY), Kraus attended Colgate University and Hobart College. Kraus made his professional debut in the NFL in 1924 with the Buffalo Bisons. He played for the Buffalo Bisons for his entire 1 year career.
