Frank Kelley (Frank Edward Kelley) in Tyndall, South Dakota. After going to high school at Bon Homme (Tyndall, SD), Kelley attended South Dakota State University. Kelley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1927 with the Cleveland Bulldogs. He played for the Cleveland Bulldogs for his entire 1 year career.
