Born on September 19, 1886 in Keyesport, Illinois, Frank Harter (Franklin Pierce Harter) played for the Cincinnati Reds and Newark Peppers over the course of his 3 year career. Harter broke into the bigs on August 31, 1912 with the Cincinnati Reds.
