Frank Gifford is really smart

In a recent interview, Kathy Lee's husband, Frank Gifford defended New York whiner Giant Eli Manning's ability to play football at an adequate level.
"Get him a couple more receivers and get him a little more time to throw the ball and he'll be better than his Father," Gifford said on MSG's "State of the Giants."
Really, Frank? Are you serious? All a quarterback needs is good receivers and time to throw the ball? I don't think I've ever heard more insight coming from the mouth of a human being. We are all lucky that Frankie Giff has dissected the game to such a degree that he can grace our petty brains with the true secret to being a quarterback in the NFL. Somewhere Ryan Leaf is bawling his eyes out, sobbing "If only I'd known... if only I'd known."
