Born on September 11, 1979 in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional (Dominican Republic), Frank Francisco (Franklin Francisco) played for the Texas Rangers for his entire 2 year career. Francisco broke into the bigs on May 14, 2004 with the Texas Rangers, and put up a 3.33 ERA in 51.1 innings pitched in 2004, his rookie year.
