Frank Fausch (Franklin Leo Fausch) was born on June 13, 1895 in Goshen, Indiana. After going to high school at Benton Harbor (MI), Fausch attended Kalamazoo College. Fausch made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Evansville Crimson Giants. He played in the APFA for 1 year, playing for the Evansville Crimson Giants the entire time. Fausch also played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Evansville Crimson Giants the entire time.
