Frank Emmons (Franklin Boone Emmons) was born on September 17, 1918 in Portland, Oregon. After going to high school at Beaverton (OR), Emmons attended the University of Oregon. Emmons made his professional debut in the NFL in 1940 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
