Frank D'Agostino (Francis Joseph D'Agostino) was born on March 11, 1934 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Northeast Catholic (Philadelphia, PA), D'Agostino attended Auburn University. D'Agostino made his professional debut in the NFL in 1956 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Philadelphia Eagles the entire time. D'Agostino also played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the New York Titans the entire time.
