Frank Cumiskey (Frank Steven Cumiskey) was born on July 24, 1911 in Youngstown, Ohio. Cumiskey attended Ohio State University. Cumiskey made his professional debut in the NFL in 1937 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers for his entire 1 year career.
