Frank Colman (Frank Lloyd Colman) was born on March 2, 1918 in London, Ontario (Canada). He made his Major League debut on September 12, 1942 for the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 1944, his rookie year, he hit .270 with 6 home runs and 53 RBI. Colman played for the Pittsburgh Pirates and New York Yankees over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that Frank Colman's best season was 1944, when he knocked in 53 runs.
