Frank Clair (Frank J. Clair) was born on May 12, 1917 in Hamilton, Ohio. After going to high school at Hamilton (OH), Clair attended Ohio State University. Clair made his professional debut in the NFL in 1941 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 1 year career.
