Frank Chesley (Francis Michael Chesley) was born on July 14, 1955 in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at Eastern (Washington, DC), Chesley attended the University of Wyoming. Chesley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
