Frank Cephous (Frank Cephous, III) was born on July 4, 1961 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at St. Marks (Wilmington, DE), Cephous attended the University of California - Los Angeles. Cephous made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 1 year career.
