Frank Butler (Frank John Butler) was born on May 3, 1909 in Bloomington, Illinois. After going to high school at Tilden Tech (Chicago, IL), Butler attended Michigan State University and the University of Notre Dame. Butler made his professional debut in the NFL in 1934 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 4 year career.
