Frank Budka (Frank Charles Budka) was born on March 20, 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio. After going to high school at Pompano (Pompano Beach, FL), Budka attended the University of Notre Dame. Budka made his professional debut in the NFL in 1964 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams for his entire 1 year career.
