Born on September 6, 1978 in Brooklyn, New York, Frank Brooks (Frank J. Brooks) played for the Pittsburgh Pirates and Atlanta Braves over the course of his 2 year career. Brooks broke into the bigs on August 27, 2004 with the Pittsburgh Pirates.
