Frank Beede (Frank Beede, III) was born on May 1, 1973 in Antioch, California. After going to high school at Antioch (CA), Beede attended Oklahoma Panhandle State University and Univeristy of California. Beede made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Seattle Seahawks for his entire 4 year career.
