Born on March 3, 1966 in La Romana, La Romana (Dominican Republic), Francisco de la Rosa (Francisco (Jimenez) de la Rosa) played for the Baltimore Orioles for his entire 1 year career. de la Rosa broke into the bigs on September 7, 1991 with the Baltimore Orioles.
