Francis Peay (Francis Peay) was born on May 23, 1944 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Schenley (Pittsburgh, PA), Peay attended Cameron University and the University of Missouri. Peay made his professional debut in the NFL in 1966 with the New York Giants. He played for the Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs and New York Giants over the course of his 9 year career.
