Born on November 29, 1979 in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional (Dominican Republic), Francis Beltran (Francis LeBron Beltran) played for the Chicago Cubs and Montreal Expos over the course of his 2 year career. Beltran broke into the bigs on June 28, 2002 with the Chicago Cubs.
