Fran Toscani (Francis Toscani) was born on April 19, 1909. After going to high school at Santa Rosa (CA), Toscani attended St. Mary's College of California. Toscani made his professional debut in the NFL in 1932 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
