Fouls to Give

In every basketball quarter, each team is allowed to commit four fouls before going over the limit (aka penalty). Every foul over the limit results in two free throws for the other team.

If a player is fouled in the act of shooting, but the defensive team is not in the penalty, the player is still rewarded with two free throws.
