Foster Watkins (Foster Forrest Watkins) was born on November 17, 1917 in Memphis, Tennessee. Watkins attended West Texas A&M University. Watkins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1940 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1940 was Foster Watkins's best year.
