Forrest Underwood (Forrest Underwood) was born on November 13, 1912 in West Union, West Virginia. Underwood attended Davis & Elkins College. Underwood made his professional debut in the NFL in 1937 with the Cleveland Rams. He played for the Cleveland Rams for his entire 1 year career.
