Former Celtics great Dennis Johnson dies

Dennis Johnson, a five-time All-Star guard and a four-time World Champion with the Boston Celtics and Seattle SuperSonics and currently the head coach of the NBA Development League team in Austin, Texas, collapsed and died earlier today while at practice with his team. Johnson, whom Larry Bird called the key to those great Celtics team and the best teammate he ever had, also spent time with the Phoenix Suns. A heart attack is suspected as the cause of death for Johnson, who was 52 years old.
