Flozell Adams (Flozell Jootin Adams) was born on May 18, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Proviso West (Maywood, IL), Adams attended Michigan State University. Adams made his professional debut in the NFL in 1998 with the Dallas Cowboys. He has played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 9 year career.

Most people believe that 2004 was Flozell Adams's best year.
