Floyd Peters

Floyd Peters (Floyd Charles Peters) was born on May 21, 1936 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. After going to high school at John Swett Union (Crockett, CA), Peters attended San Francisco State University. Peters made his professional debut in the NFL in 1959 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Cleveland Browns, Washington Redskins and Detroit Lions over the course of his 12 year career.
Most people believe that 1962 was Floyd Peters's best year.
