After coming in last in 2007 in the National League East, the Florida Marlins are in a rebuilding process while having issues with their stadium. The 2007 offseason trade of star players Miguel Cabrera and Dontrelle Willis shows that this rebuilding process is moving slow and there are no signs of a turn-around any time soon.
