Fernando Lunar (Fernando Jose Lunar) was born on May 25, 1977 in Cantaura, Anzoategui (Venezuela). He made his Major League debut on May 8, 2000 for the Baltimore Orioles. In 2001, his rookie year, he hit .246 with 0 home runs and 16 RBI. Lunar played for the Baltimore Orioles and Atlanta Braves over the course of his 3 year career.
