Fantasy Baseball Update

The ArmchairGM Fantasy Baseball league has been created... the League ID is 108377 and the password is "armchairgm" -- just like that.

I was thinking about making it an autodraft league, since I don't know if we'll be able to all get together at one time to draft. Any ideas? Joebook

I didn't steal anybody's thunder! My understanding was that one would be a points league, and one would be a roto league. I thought JB was going to make one that Friday, too...

Thanks for understanding, JB. Since Yahoo doesn't let users do head-to-head points leagues (at least not for free), these two leagues should be perfect compliments for each other.

As far as the draft is concerned, I say make it a live draft with a time in the evening or on a weekend and those that want to (and can) can show up and draft their own team. Those that don't care if they're autodrafted don't have to attend the draft and will still be autodrafted either way.

A suggestion? Since the first league already has a draft time set, lets try and get the second league to draft either immediately before or after. If it looks like the two drafts will overlap, we can autodraft the last part of the first and live draft the second. Since most of us would prefer to manually draft say our first 10-12 picks, we accomplish both in less time?
