Falcons reward Mora with three-year extension

The Atlanta Falcons today gave head coach Jim Mora Jr. an extension through the 2009 season. Last year, the Falcons went 8-8 and missed the playoffs. If Mora stays with the team throughout the rest of his contract, he will be only the third coach to stay with the Falcons for three years.
