F.C. Porto Back in Training

F.C. Porto team started there preseason on July 10th 2006 in the Centro de Treinos e Formação Desportiva PortoGaia. The Dragons squad is composed by 26 players, but only 24 made their presentation in the first day of the season 2006/07.
Lucho González and Ricardo Costa are still on holiday after their appearance in the World Cup and missed the opening training session. On the field, the players showed good fitness and immense responsiveness as they faced an intense day of practice.
Diogo Valente, Ezequias and João Paulo are the newcomers. The three players are giving their first steps at F.C. Porto and for them it was for sure a special day. For Vieirinha, a Blue and White youth promise, it was also a day to remember.
In this first week besides the training schedule, the players will accomplish the usual medical exams and will be working in Vila Nova de Gaia before the departure to De Lutte, Holland, in the next Monday.
F.C. Porto squad includes the following names: Adriano, Alan, Anderson, Bosingwa, Bruno Alves, Bruno Moraes, Cech, Diogo Valente, Ezequias, Helton, Ibson, João Paulo, Jorginho, Lisandro Lopez, Lucho González, McCarthy, Paulo Assunção, Paulo Ribeiro, Pedro Emanuel, Pepe, Quaresma, Raul Meireles, Ricardo Costa, Sokota, Vieirinha e Vítor Baía.
