Excitement in Tampa...Finally!

So on Friday, I make my week 2 predictions, which, by the way, I'm 10-5 so far without the Monday night Football game.  I'm very dissapointed in my results, but I did get something very good out of this week. My Tampa Bay Buccaneers (which I said would lose) defeated the New Orleans Saints and actually looked very good this Sunday, giving us Tampa fans something look forward too.  Now all we need is for Trotter to hurry up and get in there. The thing that really excited me was Jeff Garcia looked phenomenal. He was reminded me off the good ol' Brad Johnson days.

It's good to see a win for the Bucs after having Jerramy Stevens found guilty for a DUI and five days later David Boston tested positive for GHB.  Jeff Garcia and Joey Galloway's chemistry was a great sign that really should have made Tampa fans excited. One scary part to this offense is that Cadillac Williams is not doing anything on the ground. He only has 121 yards in two games, so what if he can run in a TD from a couple yards out, we want him to make our offense two dimensional. As long as he is only getting sixty yards a game our offense is pretty one dimensional. Thanks to the Houston Texans for beating the Carolina Panthers, we are now tied for first place.

Finally? Didn't they win the Super Bowl like 4 or 5 years ago?

Yeah but everyone knows they backed their way into that game. Tony Dungy won that game not John Gruden.

It was still exciting for the franchise. You guys have only had to deal with a few years of not winning a Super Bowl, and you are complaining??? Imagine what those poor Chicago Cubs are going through!!!

Like BigPPup said, Tony Dungy built that defense and THAT defense won the Super Bowl. I just want to see Gruden produce a scary offense, in a good way of course.

Yeah, but Gruden is the reason they won the game (or do we credit Bill Callahan for keeping all of Gruden's plays, sets and audibles?)
