Eugene Riley (M. Eugene Riley) was born on October 9, 1966 in Cincinnati, Ohio. After going to high school at Mount Healthy (OH), Riley attended Ball State University. Riley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Detroit Lions and Indianapolis Colts over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1991 was Eugene Riley's best year.
