Errol Linden (Errol Joseph Linden) was born on October 21, 1937 in New Orleans, Louisiana. After going to high school at De La Salle (New Orleans, LA), Linden attended the University of Houston. Linden made his professional debut in the NFL in 1961 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Minnesota Vikings, Atlanta Falcons, New Orleans Saints and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 10 year career.

Most people believe that 1967 was Errol Linden's best year.
