Ernie Janet (Ernie Jay Janet) was born on July 22, 1949 in Renton, Washington. After going to high school at Glacier (Seattle, WA), Janet attended the University of Washington. Janet made his professional debut in the NFL in 1972 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 4 year career.
