Erik Pappas (Erik Daniel Pappas) was born on April 25, 1966 in Chicago, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on April 19, 1991 for the Chicago Cubs. In 1993, his rookie year, he hit .276 with 1 home run and 28 RBI. Pappas played for the Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 3 year career.
