Erik Affholter (Erik Conrad Affholter) was born on April 10, 1966 in Detroit, Michigan. After going to high school at Oak Park (Agoura, CA), Affholter attended the University of Southern California. Affholter made his professional debut in the NFL in 1991 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
