Eric Wedge (Eric Michael Wedge) was born on January 27, 1968 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He made his Major League debut on October 5, 1991 for the Boston Red Sox. Wedge played for the Boston Red Sox and Colorado Rockies over the course of his 4 year career.

Manager of the Cleveland Indians. Was fired as Manager of the Cleveland Indians on September 3. Along with Wedge, his Coaches were also let go.
