Eric Jack (Eric Demond Jack) was born on April 19, 1972 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at Eastwood (El Paso, TX), Jack attended the University of New Mexico. Jack made his professional debut in the NFL in 1994 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 1 year career.
