Eppie Barney (Eppie L. Barney, Jr.) was born on March 20, 1944 in Birmingham, Alabama. After going to high school at Collinwood (Cleveland, OH), Barney attended Iowa State University. Barney made his professional debut in the NFL in 1967 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1968 was Eppie Barney's best year.
